Private Charter - Sharks & Sea Lions
1. All customer bookings need to be paid in full to confirm booking unless agreed otherwise
2. Availability to be checked before confirming any bookings.
3. All tours require a full list of names on charter (before departure either by phone or email)
4. There are no refunds after 48 hours prior to departure unless cancelled by ABC.
5. All departures will leave on time. No Refunds will be given for a no show.
6. A cancellation fee of 20% applies for cancellation or booking changes btwn 48 hrs and 14 days.
7. A 10% fee will be charged for cancellations or bookings more than 14 days prior to departure.
8. We offer deferrals or alternative dates on a case by case basis.
9. ABC reserve the right to offer an alternate trip to the one advertised in the event of bad weather
